How to Brew our Large Chaga Tea Bags:
Our large chaga tea bags are designed to be brewed in instant pots, slow cookers and large stove top pots.
In order to receive the full benefits of chaga the nutrients must be extracted.
This extraction is performed by steeping the chaga tea for 3-6 hours at 185 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add 2.5 liters or quarts to an instant pot, a large stove top pot, or a slow cooker.
An instant pot on the slow cooker/low setting is perfect as it maintains an even 185 degree Fahrenheit.
The prevailing sentiment is to not boil chaga powder, but instead to steep it at just below the boiling temperature.
How to Drink this Chaga Tea:
We like the large chaga tea bags because we can brew a 10 day supply, keep it in a pitcher in the fridge, and have drink whenever we like.
