Brew each large tea bag with 2.5 liters of water either on a stove top, slow cooker or instant pot. This will provide you with 10 cups of chaga tea to drink through the week.
You will want to steep the chaga chai tea at 185 to 200 degrees faranheight for anywhere from 30 minutes to 8 hours.
We like to use the instant pot to steep the chaga chai tea because it is sooo easy. This is my once a week night time ritual: I fill my instant pot with 2.5 liters of water, toss in a large chaga chai tea bag, and set the instant pot to the slow cook, low setting for 5 hours. This setting keeps the temperature at an even 185 degrees Fahrenheit. In the morning I wake up, remove the tea bag, put it in my compost bin, then pour the tea in a large pitcher to keep in my fridge and enjoy throughout the week.
